We believe Replykar will save you time and improve your Google rating. But we understand that not every product is the right fit for every business. That's why we offer a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

How to request a refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Email us within 30 days of your first payment

Send an email to replykar27@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"

Include your registered email address

Tell us the email address you used to sign up so we can find your account quickly.

Tell us why (optional but helpful)

We'd love to know what wasn't working — it helps us improve. But you don't have to explain anything to get your refund.

Refund processed in 7–10 working days

We'll confirm your refund by email and process it to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Refund eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • This is your first subscription payment (the guarantee applies once per customer)
  • Your account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the first payment
  • Renewal payments (only the first payment is covered by the guarantee)
  • Annual plan renewals after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service

For renewal charges or exceptional circumstances outside the 30-day window, please contact us. We review all cases individually and will always try to do what's fair.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Replykar subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no phone call required, no hoops to jump through.

  • Go to your dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee window. Please follow the refund request process above if you also want a refund.

Refund processing time

  • Replykar processing: 1–2 working days to review and approve your request
  • Razorpay processing: 3–5 working days to initiate the refund
  • Bank/UPI credit: Additional 3–5 working days depending on your bank
  • Total expected time: 7–10 working days from approval to credit

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used (UPI, card, net banking). We cannot redirect refunds to a different account or payment method.
