By creating an account on Replykar ("the Service"), connecting your Google Business account, or using any part of the Replykar platform at https://replykar.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using Replykar on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an account or use the Service.
Replykar is a web application that connects to your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth 2.0 and:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
When you connect your Google account, you authorise Replykar to access your Google Business reviews and post replies on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will pause auto-replies but will not delete your Replykar account.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before approving them for 1–3 star reviews. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate, and you should review all replies before they are posted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations mid-period, except under the 30-day money-back guarantee below.
If you are not satisfied with Replykar for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email replykar27@gmail.com with your registered email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process the refund within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Review replies generated by Replykar's AI are suggestions only. You take full responsibility for any replies posted to your Google Business Profile through our service, whether auto-posted or manually approved.
We recommend reviewing all AI-generated replies, particularly for sensitive situations such as complaints about health or safety, allegations of misconduct, or replies to 1–3 star reviews.
Replykar is not liable for any reputational harm arising from AI-generated replies that you approve and post.
Replykar's software, design, branding, and content are owned by Replykar and are protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
Your business name, review content, and Google Business data remain your property. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or that your customers post.
Replykar is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.
We are not responsible for changes to Google's Business Profile API or Google's review policies that may affect service functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to update the service when such changes occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Replykar's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Replykar in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, loss of revenue, or reputational damage arising from the use of our service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Replykar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
