Start your ₹14, 7-day trial →How to use it
- Enter your business name and, if you like, your business type. The reply is signed with your business name.
- Choose the star rating and the tone. Pick Hinglish if the reviewer wrote in Hinglish.
- Paste the review and press the button. Use "Write another version" if you want a different wording.
- Copy the reply, change anything that is not right, and post it under the review in your Google Business Profile.
What makes a reply worth posting
- It uses the reviewer's own words. A reply that mentions the dish, the stylist or the problem reads as written by a person.
- It is short. Two or three sentences is enough.
- It does not argue. For a complaint, say sorry for the specific problem and offer a phone number or email for the details.
- It keeps private details out. No names of staff in a complaint, and nothing about a customer's health, booking or payment.

FAQ
Is the Google review reply generator really free?
Yes. You can write a few replies each hour without signing up or paying. There is a daily limit per visitor so the tool stays free for everyone.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Paste the review, pick a tone and copy the reply. If you want every new review answered automatically, you can start a Replykar trial.
Do you save the reviews I paste?
No. We do not store the review or the reply. The text is sent to an AI service to write the reply, and we only keep a count of how many replies the tool has written.
Does it write Hinglish replies?
Yes. Choose the Hinglish tone, or paste a review written in Hindi or Hinglish and the reply will match its language.
Can it post the reply to Google for me?
No. Copy the reply and paste it under the review in your Google Business Profile. Replykar, the paid product, connects to your profile and can post replies for you, and holds replies to 1 and 2-star reviews for your approval.
Is it okay to use an AI reply on Google?
Google does not restrict how you write your replies. Read the reply, change anything that is wrong or sounds off, and keep it specific to what the reviewer said. Never use a reply that shares private details about the customer.
