Best Google Review Reply Tools for Small Businesses in India (2026)
If you get a few reviews a month, reply by hand in Google Business Profile, it is free. If you get more than you can keep up with, an AI reply tool saves the time. For one Indian business, Replykar and NiceJob are the closest fits on price. Birdeye and Podium are built for larger, multi-location companies.
We make Replykar, so we are not neutral. We described the other tools using their own pages and third-party listings such as Capterra and G2. Prices change and differ between sources, so confirm with each vendor before you buy. Last checked October 16, 2026.
Most small businesses do not need "reputation management software". They need every Google review answered, in a decent tone, without spending an hour a day on it. This page compares the real options for that one job.

1. Google Business Profile, by hand
It costs nothing and it works. Open your profile, find the review, write a reply. If you get a handful of reviews a month, this is probably all you need. Our guide on how to reply to Google reviews has examples you can copy.
It stops working when reviews pile up, when you are away, or when you are tired and a bad review makes you want to argue. Replies get late, short or skipped.
2. ChatGPT or another chatbot
Also cheap, and good at wording. Paste the review in, ask for a short, polite reply in your tone, check it, post it. Our Replykar vs ChatGPT page covers where this holds up and where it gets tedious. You can also try our free Google review reply generator, which needs no login.
3. Replykar
Replykar connects to your Google Business Profile with Google sign-in, drafts a reply for each review in the tone you pick (Professional, Casual or Hinglish), and can post positive replies for you. Replies to 1–2★ reviews wait for your approval. Plans start at ₹799 a month, billed in rupees through UPI, cards and net banking, with a ₹14, 7-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
It is built for one business at a time. It does not run SMS campaigns, chat widgets or social listening. If you want those, look at the tools below.
4. NiceJob
NiceJob is aimed at local service businesses such as plumbers and cleaners. Its main job is asking customers for reviews after a job and following up. It connects to field-service software like Jobber and Housecall Pro. AI replies are reported to be part of its higher plan.
5. Grade.us
Grade.us is popular with agencies. It collects reviews from several sites in one dashboard, sends review requests and sends alerts. Pricing is per user, which suits an agency more than a single shop.
6. Birdeye
Birdeye is a large platform for brands with many locations: reviews, messaging, surveys and more. It does not publish prices, and third-party sites describe it as expensive for a single location. If you run many outlets and need the full suite, it may be right. For one cafe it is usually more than you need. See Replykar vs Birdeye.
7. Podium
Podium is built around customer texting, with reviews as one part. It does not publish prices, and trackers report annual contracts. If texting customers is the main thing you want, it is worth a look. See Replykar vs Podium.
How to choose
- Fewer than about 10 reviews a month: reply by hand, or use a chatbot. Do not pay for a tool yet.
- You want every review answered without thinking about it: an AI reply tool such as Replykar.
- Your problem is getting reviews, not answering them: look at NiceJob or Grade.us, and read our guide on getting more Google reviews without breaking Google's rules.
- You run many locations and need one dashboard, texting and surveys: Birdeye or Podium.
- You need replies in Hinglish: none of the other tools here advertises a Hinglish tone, so check before you pay. Replykar has it built in.
What no tool can do
No tool can remove a genuine bad review, and you should avoid any service that promises fake five-star reviews. Google can remove reviews that break its policy; see how to remove fake Google reviews. The best answer to a bad review is a calm, specific reply, as in how to respond to negative reviews.
See it on your own reviews
Replykar drafts replies for your Google reviews. Start with a ₹14, 7-day trial, then pick a plan from ₹799 a month.

What is the best tool to reply to Google reviews in India?
It depends on volume. With a few reviews a month, replying by hand in Google Business Profile is free and fine. With more, an AI reply tool saves time. Replykar is built for a single Indian business, bills in rupees and offers a Hinglish tone. NiceJob suits service businesses that also want review requests. Birdeye and Podium are aimed at larger, multi-location companies.
Is there a free way to reply to Google reviews with AI?
Yes. You can paste a review into a chatbot such as ChatGPT and ask for a reply, or use our free reply generator, which needs no login. Both need you to copy each reply into Google yourself.
Do I need a paid tool at all?
Not always. If you can answer every review within a day or two by hand, you do not. A paid tool starts to make sense when reviews pile up, when several people share the job, or when you want a safety check on replies to negative reviews.
Can AI replies hurt my business?
A bad reply can, whether a person or an AI wrote it. The risk is highest on 1–2★ reviews, so good tools let you approve those before they post. Replykar holds 1–2★ replies for your approval.
