Replykar is an AI tool that replies to Google Business Profile reviews for small businesses. The basics
What is Replykar?
Replykar is an AI tool that replies to Google Business Profile reviews for small businesses. It connects through Google's official Business Profile API, writes each reply in the tone you choose, and posts replies to 3, 4 and 5-star reviews automatically. Replies to 1 and 2-star reviews are held for your approval. It also creates a QR code for collecting more reviews and emails you when a negative review arrives.
Who is Replykar for?
Any business with a Google Business Profile that gets customer reviews. It is built for Indian small businesses such as cafes, restaurants, salons, spas, clinics, hotels, gyms, coaching centres and retail shops, and it is also available to businesses outside India. Who makes Replykar?
Replykar is built by its founder, who worked at a sushi restaurant group in Amsterdam where online reviews mattered a great deal. Existing review tools were expensive and complex for small businesses, so Replykar was built to be affordable and simple. The full story is on the About page.
Does Replykar work outside India?
Yes. Businesses outside India use the international version, priced in US dollars ($12, $22 and $44 a month) and paid through Paddle. The international version offers the Professional and Casual tones, while Hinglish is part of the India version, which is priced in rupees and paid through Razorpay.
Which reply tones does Replykar offer?
Professional, Casual and, in India, Hinglish, a natural mix of Hindi and English such as "Thank you Rahul ji! Aapka review padh ke bahut khushi hui". You choose the tone and replies are written in it.
How Replykar works
How does Replykar connect to my Google Business Profile?
Through Google OAuth 2.0, the same sign-in standard other major apps use. You click Sign in with Google and approve access to your Business Profile reviews. Replykar asks only to read your reviews and post replies on your behalf, and never touches Gmail, Drive or contacts. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Does Replykar reply to every review automatically?
3, 4 and 5-star reviews are replied to automatically in your chosen tone. For 1 and 2-star reviews, Replykar drafts a suggested reply and emails you an alert, and nothing is posted until you approve it.
How often does Replykar check for new reviews?
Every hour. Each hour Replykar checks your profile for new reviews and replies to the ones that qualify for an automatic reply.
Can Replykar reply to my old, unanswered reviews?
Yes, on the Growth and Business plans. Bulk reply answers your existing unanswered reviews in one go instead of one at a time.
How does the QR code for collecting reviews work?
Replykar makes a QR code that links straight to your Google review page. A customer scans it, lands on the review form and can leave a review in seconds. You can download it as a PDF and print it as a card. Our guide to getting more Google reviews without breaking Google's rules covers how to ask.
Can I customise how replies sound?
Yes. Every plan lets you choose the tone. Growth and Business also add custom keywords in replies, a reply signature, a list of words to avoid and keywords for QR review drafts.
How many business locations can I connect?
Starter covers 1 Google Business location, Growth covers 2 and Business covers 5. For more than 5 locations, email replykar27@gmail.com for team pricing.
Will I get alerts about new reviews?
Yes. Replykar sends email notifications for new reviews, plus a specific alert when a 1 or 2-star review arrives and needs your approval.
Pricing and billing
How much does Replykar cost?
In India, Starter is ₹799, Growth ₹1,499 and Business ₹2,999 a month. Internationally they are $12, $22 and $44 a month. The plans include 100, 400 and 1,500 AI replies a month. See the full pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
There is a low-cost trial rather than a free one. The 7-day trial costs a one-time, non-refundable ₹14 in India or $1 internationally. You pay, connect your Google Business Profile and you are live, with no plan to choose at that stage. After 7 days you pick a plan; if you do not, your account pauses.
What is Replykar's refund policy?
A 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first subscription payment. Email replykar27@gmail.com within 30 days with the subject "Refund Request" and your registered email address, and the refund goes to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. The trial fee and renewal payments are not covered.
Can I cancel Replykar anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard under Billing, with no phone call and no cancellation fee. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again.
What happens if I use up my monthly replies?
Starter stops at its limit. On Growth and Business you can switch on overage billing in the dashboard (it is off by default) and keep replying past the cap at ₹2 per extra reply on Growth and ₹1.50 on Business, or $0.03 and $0.02 internationally.
Is there a yearly plan?
In India, Starter is available yearly at ₹7,499, which saves ₹2,089 compared with paying ₹799 monthly; Growth and Business are monthly. Internationally every plan has a yearly option at $120, $220 and $440.
Which payment methods does Replykar accept?
In India, payments go through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and EMI. International payments go through Paddle.
What is the Google Business Setup Kit?
A service on the India site for businesses with no Google Business Profile yet. It starts at ₹19, then ₹2,999 for the full kit, where Replykar creates and verifies the profile and adds business details, up to 5 photos, a written description and a print-ready review QR code.
Safety, privacy and Google's rules
Is my Google account data safe with Replykar?
Replykar uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 and requests only permission to read your Business Profile reviews and post replies. It does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or other personal data, and it does not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Details are in the privacy policy.
Is it allowed to automate replies to Google reviews?
We have found no Google policy that bans drafting replies with a tool. Google checks replies against its content policies, so what you post still has to follow them. What Google prohibits is rewarding or gating the reviews themselves, such as offering a discount for a review or only asking happy customers. Can Replykar post a bad reply to an angry customer?
Not without you. Replies to 1 and 2-star reviews are held for your approval, so you read them and approve before anything is posted.
